PHOTO/FILM SHOOT ENQUIRY FORM

All photo and film shoots require prior approval and are subject to fees and charges.

The hirer must have current Public Liability Insurance covering the period of hire ($10,000,000 min coverage) before the photo shoot can proceed.

After submitting this form you will be contacted regarding venue availability and costs. Requests may take up to one week to be approved.

Depending on the scope of the shoot and requirements listed below, Brisbane Powerhouse may appoint a technician to supervise and assist your event. This person is charged out to the hirer at $140 for the first four hours in standard time.

When your enquiry is approved, you will be required to provide a copy of your Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance

Any equipment brought on site will require a current electrical test tag.
