Pop-Up Suitcase Rummage

SUN 31 JULY, 2016

Presented by Brisbane Powerhouse and Suitcase Rummage

Pop-Up Suitcase Rummage is a mini-scaled market with giant rewards. Bring a suitcase (or two!) filled to the brim with your goods and treats and enjoy a day amongst entry-level entrepreneurs and locally produced handmade, recycled and up-cycled products.

You can be a part of the Rummage experience by selling wares or come along to buy some real beauties. There will be vintage, artwork, bric-a-brac, clothing, books, jewellery, seconds, hand-made, shoes, records, music, badges, cards, handmade paper… you name it. Come for a bargain, a swap, or an old fashioned haggle.

You must register to sell your wares, so follow this link to the website. Stall registration fee is $25.

Suitcase Rummage is not to be missed!

Suitcase Rummage trailer

By far one of my most favourite thrifting events on the calendar. Suitcase rummage is THE place to sell your old wares (or to pick up new ones!)

I've NEVER left these markets empty-handed!

It says a lot about a person who can take the drab concrete Reddacliff Place and turn it into a buzzing bazaar of vintage knick-knacks, home made arts and crafts, second hand clothing and other various trinketry. Yet, on the first Sunday of every month, Suitcase Rummage does just that. There's a certain buzz at Suitcase Rummage, an atmosphere that I've not experienced anywhere else.
