Rock for the Reef

Presented by Green Music Australia, Australian Youth Climate Coalition, and Australian Marine Conservation Society

Rock for the Reef is a great day of music, speakers and fun activities to help save the Great Barrier Reef.

13 brilliant musical acts are lending their time and their voices to the vital campaign to protect the Great Barrier Reef. Come and hear Ash Grunwald, Deep Sea Arcade, The Medics, Dog Trumpet, Resin Dogs and many others, and find out how you can help protect the Reef. The Great Barrier Reef is under greater threat than ever before – now is the time to do everything we can to support campaigns to protect it.

All proceeds from this event are going to campaigns to protect the Reef. Donations can be made when booking your ticket. Donations are not tax deductible.

Known for
Rock for the Reef is presented by three environmental organisations, and all funds raised will go towards the campaigns they are running to help protect the Great Barrier Reef. Green Music Australia is helping the Australian music scene become a practical leader in sustainability - cutting energy use and waste streams, using renewable energy, and showing our audiences how we can all go green while still having fun; the Australian Marine Conservation Society is the voice for Australia's ocean wildlife; and the Australian Youth Climate Coalition is building a generation-wide movement to solve the climate crisis. We run campaigns that inspire our generation to take action.
