Cabaret

Gentlemen Prefer Blokes

Starring Courtney Act & Trevor Ashley

Dates

SAT 13 FEBRUARY, 2016

Tickets

$60*
Presented by Brisbane Powerhouse and Working Management

Spend a night with two mega-watt stars of Australian drag as they take on some of history’s greatest duos delivered with a signature side of sass like only they know how.

Screen sirens Marilyn Monroe and Jane Russell had it all! Step inside a parallel universe of today where the girls are still glamorous belters with a penchant for diamonds, but with one not-so-little difference: these two little girls from little rock are two little boys from Darlinghurst.

In this devilishly-tantalising show, international star Courtney Act and acclaimed writer, musical director and performer Trevor Ashley once again team up for a wild evening of songs, sketches, camp video sequences and their unique brand of stand-up.

This event is part of MELT: A Celebration of Queer Arts and Culture 2016.
