We Built This City

Feeling adventurous? Create an entire box city complete with roads, buildings, towers, houses, cubbies, tunnels and mazes… all from cardboard!

Design your own cardboard city from boxes large and small, all supplied by Visy. Polyglot building patrollers will keep you on track and entertained. They’ll give instructions, clear the roads, mend broken boxes and set team construction challenges.

You might be asked to build the tallest tower with everyone else; you might be asked to make one wall that goes across the whole space. And of course you’ll get to move, play, dance and even kick along in a Congo line!

If your building isn’t right because it’s too big or too tall you can knock it down, and everyone else will help. Then, when the city is complete, it’s time for demolition countdown as the boxes come crashing down. Bring mum, dad, friends and family along for the fun!

Please Note: Parents/carers are asked to accompany children to workshops and other events. Especially workshops for children under 8 years.
