Take a break from reality and immerse yourself in Curiocity Brisbane – a brand-new series of science, art and technology experiences spanning the Brisbane River.

For 20 days starting in March, one-of-a-kind installations, pop-ups and interactive spaces crafted by local and international artists, technicians and makers will be on display and free for everyone to explore.

Traverse the complete Curiocities trail in one afternoon or chart your own course in your own time – whether that’s on the way to work, a picnic in the park with friends or in the dead of the night. Curiocity experiences are open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

MELT is an invitation to celebrate Brisbane’s wonderfully diverse queer communities.

Brisbane’s LGBTIQ+ voice is loud and clear, bursting with pride, humour, humanity and rebellion. The community is bounding towards equality in many vital aspects of life and MELT is a vehicle for these leaps.

The invitation is extended to citizens of all genders, sexual orientations, ages, ethnicities, abilities and artistic interests. The celebration is one of love.

Thank you to our MELT partners: Strategic Partner Tourism & Events Queensland, Community Partners Queensland AIDS Council and Queensland Government, Creative Partner Nick Did This, Festival Partners Archie Rose Distilling Co., Brisbane Mini Garage, Herbert Smith Freehills, Newstead Brewing Co., NW Group, PixelFrame, QNews, and The Fantauzzo – Art Series Hotels.
