Chiptunes Party at IRL

Presented by Brisbane Powerhouse and SoundBytes

Brisbane get ready! The team behind the longest-running chiptunes event in Australia are coming to Brisbane for one night only to help launch our first IRL Digital Festival in style.

The team behind SoundBytes are set to make your video game dreams come true. Join DJ Lame, Slato, Tuberz McGee and Dot.AY for a noisy chiptune dance party, with video game inspired tunes and live music played from Nintendo Game Boys. Backed up by 8-bit visuals created and performed by VJ Simulcast.

For those not in the inner circle, chiptune music is synthesised electronic music made by sound chips from vintage computers, video game consoles and arcade machines.

6pm DJ Lame
7pm Tuberz McGee
7.45pm Slato
8.30pm Dot.AY
