Class Clowns

Presented by Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Brisbane Comedy Festival

Each year hundreds of teens take their comedy out of the classroom to unleash their comic voice at Class Clowns, just like past participants Joel Creasey, Josh Thomas, Tom Ballard and Neel Kolhatkar.

Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s one-of-a-kind, national secondary school comedy competition is open to people aged 14 – 18. Hosted by a special guest comedian, register your stand-up, sketch, physical or musical act for free, or be part of the audience!

State Final winners perform at the National Grand Final in Melbourne and go into the running to win a $2500 prize package.

To register go to www.classclowns.com.au

How are these kids so damn good? I better enjoy the spotlight while it lasts because in a few years they will be taking my job!
