The Sydney Comedy Festival Showcase tour will be tearing up the freeways of Australia for the fifth year in a row to bring the crème de la crème of the 2017 Festival to Brisbane.

Expertly curated and lovingly presented, the Showcase will feature some of the Festival’s hottest acts live on stage for an incredible two hours of hard-hitting laughter. Boasting a line-up of international stars, veteran favourites and some of the freshest emerging talents, this jam-packed night of pure entertainment will leave you sore from belly laughs.

Don’t miss one of Australia’s most sought after club performers Sean Woodland, Los Angeles Comedy Awards Comedian of the Year recipient Al Del Bene (USA), South African firebrand Dusty Rich, affable emerging talent Daniel Connell, and New Zealand’s freshest comedy voice Angella Dravid.

How do I get to Brisbane Powerhouse?

Is parking available?
There is limited free-of-charge, all-day, on-site car parking at Brisbane Powerhouse. If you are travelling by car, please arrive early to secure a park. Additional free parking is available in New Farm Park accessible via our link road, which is opened after 5pm every day.

What time should I arrive?
It's best to arrive at least 30-40 minutes before the show start time to find a car park, pick up your tickets at box office and make your way to the venue. The doors of the venue will open approximately 10-15 minutes prior to show time.

Where do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets will be available for pick up from Box Office 60 minutes prior to show time.

Is there food and drink available

Brisbane Powerhouse has two on-site restaurants; Bar Alto and Watt Restaurant + Bar. More information can be found on our Eat + Drink page.
