Powerkids: Little Artists at Play

Presented by Brisbane Powerhouse and Imaginary Theatre

Join us every Tuesday, during the school term, on the Turbine Platform. In this space, anything is possible.

New host artist starts Tue 17 July: Bird Brain with Caitlin Strongarm

A giant bird has come to roost on the Turbine Platform! 0-5 year olds and their carers can join puppeteer, Caitlin Strongarm to feed the hungry bird, play baby-birds, investigate the eggs and explore the nest.

With a firm focus on developing core learning skills and creativity through play, this edition of Powerkids: Little Artists at Play is not to be missed.

CAITLIN STRONGARM

Caitlin Strongarm is a vaudevillian maelstrom who creates and performs wild, heartfelt and charming acts of interactive theatre. She’s a multi-disciplinary artist and facilitator; her performances weave clown, street performance, cabaret and mime, and take foundation in her childlike approach to play and imagination. Caitlin has been seen and loved Australia wide; in theatres and festivals, enthralling audiences of all ages with her elastic face, delightful storytelling and physical antics.
