ABOUT THE ARTIST
Alex Hines exploded onto the Australian comedy scene with her original brand of comedy – fast paced fanciful narratives, absurdist comedy and camp aesthetic. Hines has made a name for herself as a unique comedic voice incorporating sketch, standup, songs and characters into her eclectic body of work. Since winning multiple awards for Wilde Night in (Melb. Fringe, 2021), Alex has continued to create award winning shows, including the Golden Gibbo Award (MICF, 2022) for her sold-out run of To Schapelle And Back and the Green Room Award for Best performer 2023 for Juniper Rising.
