Calling all news junkies!
Storyology is your chance to meet the people behind the headlines, and be part of a conversation about our media today. For the first time in Brisbane, the Walkley Foundation brings together the best journalists and media makers from Australia and around the globe.
The festival will kick off with After Dark – a live storytelling extravaganza. Watch a magazine come to life on stage, told by writers including William McInnes, Trent Dalton, Tonya Mosley (US), Andrew Quilty, Tracey Spicer and more.
With two jam-packed days full of smart discussions and debate, there’s something for everyone with panels on #Fakenews, The Trump Effect, Queensland’s Life of Crime with Kerry O’Brien. To cap it all off, Streets of Your Town will feature John and Patience from The Grates and writer/comedian Mel Buttle sharing Brisbane’s story.
