Where do I pick up my tickets? If you have selected venue/pre-paid collection, tickets will be available for pick up from Box Office 60 mins before the performance.
I have a group of friends who would like to attend a show. Is there a group price available? Group prices are offered on a number of the shows at Brisbane Powerhouse. Please check the event information or ask the Box Office staff when booking.
What time should I arrive? It’s best to arrive at least 40-50 minutes before the show start time to find a car park, pick up your tickets at Box Office and make your way to the venue. The doors of the venue will open approximately 10-15 minutes prior to show time.
Is there any show etiquette that I should be aware of? Switch off your mobile phone prior to entering the theatre. Photography is not permitted.

Is parking available? There is limited free-of-charge, all-day, on-site car parking at Brisbane Powerhouse. If you are travelling by car, please arrive 40-50 minutes early to secure a park. Additional free parking is available in New Farm Park accessible via our link road, which is opened after 5pm on performance days and closes at 11pm.
What is the duration of the shows? The duration of shows depends on the type of show, however most events are between 60 and 90 minutes long. Films and concerts may run longer. Please check the event information or ask the Box Office staff when you pick up your tickets.
Will there be an interval? Events with a longer duration may have intervals. Please check the event information or ask the Box Office staff when you pick up your tickets.
What should I wear? Come as you are. There are no rules or dress codes. Some people come to events in jeans and runners, others wear smart casual or even dress up for an evening out.
Is there an ATM on site? An ATM is located on the main level of the building beside the elevator.
Can I bring my drink into the theatre? You are welcome to enjoy your drink in our theatre spaces. However, if you are seated in the balcony or upper galleries, we require you to pour your drink into a plastic cup for safety reasons. In some instances, an artist or promoter will request a dry theatre, so when in doubt please ask an usher.
