Sun 30 Jan | Freight Train Foxes and Megan Cooper

Our first Livespark of the new year on Sunday 30 January will feature indie folk duo FREIGHT TRAIN FOXES and country/folk singer-songwriter MEGAN COOPER with her band.

Freight Train Foxes, are built around the talents of Brisbane singer/songwriters, Pat Kenny, and Kelsey Berrington. Armed with the sonic influences of Passenger and Stu Larsen, the pair wield their unique brand of suburban acoustic folk, that manages to both wound and soothe simultaneously.

Megan Cooper’s music is high country, folksy, vintage, familiar. She has an inbuilt affinity with everything that is good in twang, delivering a deliciously elegant serving of aural sweetness that is rooted in the traditions of Americana and Australian Folk.
