Presented by Australasian Dance Collective

After its phenomenal premiere in 2021, THREE is back in 2022, with a trio of new works showcasing the stunning versatility of the Australasian Dance Collective (ADC) company artists.

THREE 2.0 features new creations from celebrated Australian choreographers, Kate Harman, Cass Mortimer Eipper and Gabrielle Nankivell.

A curated collection of commissions from makers with different and distinct voices, THREE gives audiences three unique offerings and personifies ADC’s commitment to producing new and invigorating dance works – works that create connection and spark conversation.

ADC’s inaugural THREE was heralded as “a show which will remind you what it feels like to be human – to be alive” and THREE 2022 is set to be just as extraordinary.

Lockout period applies – Please be aware that ticket holders will only be admitted during intervals.

Audiences will see all three incredible works and experience a live changeover between two of the pieces as Artistic Director, Amy Hollingsworth, shares insight into the creative processes, as well as the technical and staging elements.

Insight Matinee School Group Bookings go in the running to win a personalised workshop for their school with a company dancer.

Book now through Brisbane Powerhouse Box Office (07) 3358 8600 | Email for your chance to win.

Australasian Dance Collective is one of the nation’s leading contemporary dance companies. Established in 1984 as Expressions Dance Company, we have created more than 170 works by 75 Australian and international choreographers.

With an extraordinary ensemble of six dancers, the company has achieved significant recognition through national awards, including three Helpmann Awards and three Australian Dance Awards.

We are defined by our commitment to excellence in both performance and sector development, contributing to the evolution and future of contemporary dance. Annually we create multiple new works, collaborate nationally and internationally and present performance seasons at major Australian venues including our presenting partner venue Queensland Performing Arts Centre.

Under the leadership of Artistic Director, Amy Hollingsworth, the Queensland-based company is focused on collaboration, empowerment and artistic risk-taking to create exhilarating dance works that push boundaries and speak to the soul.
