About Swingers
What is Swingers – The Art of Mini Golf?
Swingers – The Art of Mini Golf is an art exhibition posing as a mini golf course. Nodding to the game’s feminist roots and subversive history, each of the nine holes have been created by a leading female artist.
Who are the artists?
The artists who designed the nine mini golf holes include Kaylene Whiskey, Natasha Tontey, Pat Brassington, Delaine Le Bas, Soda Jerk, Saeborg, Nabilah Nordin, BKTHERULA and Miranda July.
Each artist approached the challenge of making their first mini golf hole in surprising and wildly different ways.

Swingers opening times are:
TUE: 12PM – 7PM
WED: 12PM – 7PM
THU: 12PM – 7PM
FRI: 12PM – 8PM
SAT: 12PM – 8PM
SUN: 12PM – 6PM
Swingers will be on open on MON 26 JAN: 12PM – 7PM (Australia Day Public Holiday)
How much is Swingers – The Art of Mini Golf?
We have three different prices:
PEAK – $32 (4PM – 8PM)
OFF PEAK – $28 (12PM – 4PM + All day WED)
CHILDREN – $15 (16 and under)
Where is Swingers – The Art of Mini Golf?
Swingers – The Art of Mini Golf spans across the entire Brisbane Powerhouse precinct. Pick up your putt, balls and scorecard from Mary Mae’s Restaurant and follow the course instructions.
How long is the session?
Play times may vary. Allow 50 – 60 minutes to experience the exhibition.
How many people can play in a single booking?
Golf is fun with friends, however groups larger than 6 may be split into smaller groups during peak sessions.

Is Swingers – The Art of Mini Golf suitable for children?
Swingers – The Art of Mini Golf is not recommended for children under 8 years old.
Players under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or guardian.
All entrants to the exhibition must hold a ticket.

what is the best way to get to brisbane powerhouse?
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
- Using public transport is the best way to get to Brisbane Powerhouse.
- The New Farm Ferry Terminal and bus services 195, 196 and 199 are a short walk from Brisbane Powerhouse.

PICK-UP AND DROP OFF
Our dedicated pick-up/drop-off area for taxi/rideshare and coaches is in New Farm Park, adjacent to Brisbane Powerhouse.

- There are 148 parking spaces (paid parking) and six accessible parking spaces for permit holders.
- The Brisbane Powerhouse car park operates 24/7 and you will be required to pay for parking if visiting for more than 30 minutes.
- Skip the queue – If you park after 5pm, you can pay a $14 flat rate at the auto pay station adjacent to the car park when you arrive. This means you can skip the queue for the paystation when you leave. Please note, there are two exits – one out to Brunswick Street and another out via Lamington Street.
- Car parking is also available in New Farm Park. Approximately 200 free spots.
- Please be mindful of our neighbours. If you are driving, ensure you park in dedicated parking areas.

how is the building accessible?
We have six designated accessible parking spaces available for permit holders.
A lift operates from the Stores Building (car park level) to the Powerhouse Plaza where the main entrance to the Brisbane Powerhouse is located.
For patrons who require assistance travelling from our car park to our theatres, Brisbane Powerhouse can make arrangements to accommodate your needs with 24 hours advance notice.

Food + Drink
where can I get food and drink?
There are two permanent restaurants on-site at Brisbane Powerhouse – Bar Alto and Mary Mae’s Bar + Kitchen. You will be able to purchase a meal before or after your game.
