Hosted by Savva Savas, Three Food Memories invites guests to share their food memories, with the promise they’ll reveal far more about themselves than what they’ve tasted! As part of this unique culinary experience at Night Feast, you will receive a curated food box filled with the very dishes being discussed on stage.

While his guest shares their personal stories and memories tied to each item, you’ll be able to taste them in real time – bringing the narrative to life through every bite. It’s an intimate journey through flavour and memory, designed to engage your senses and your heart.

Savva Savas is a hospitality impresario and magnetic storyteller at the heart of Australia’s culinary scene. For almost 30 years, through his company PLATED, Savva has curated unforgettable dining experiences—crafted with precision and soul—for some of the country’s most exclusive and intimate gatherings.

Fuelled by a deep belief in food’s power to unite and inspire, Savva launched the Three Food Memories podcast. With over 130 local and international guests, Three Food Memories has become a go-to platform for heartfelt conversations about how food shapes our identities, our connections, and the world around us. His mission? To spotlight the profound, personal stories that emerge when we ask one simple question: “What are your three food memories?”

Born to Greek Cypriot parents, Savva’s early life unfolded in Sydney and on a family farm on the Central Coast, where paddock-to-plate wasn’t a trend, but a way of life. The rituals of food, the warmth of shared meals, and the joy of celebration became the emotional architecture of his childhood, and continue to guide his work today.

Savva’s voice and vision have been recognised in The Sydney Morning Herald, Australian Gourmet Traveller, Belle Magazine, House and Garden Australia, Vogue Australia, GQ Australia, Vivid Ideas, SXSW Sydney, Bleach*2025, SBS, and the Deep in the Weeds podcast network.
