For the final Fashion Queensland in Conversation event of 2026, we sit down with sisters Olivia and Claudine, founders of EAU BAGS – the Queensland-born sustainable handbag brand on everybody’s lips.
Founded in 2022 by sisters Olivia and Claudine Blondeau, EAU BAGS is the recycled nylon bag brand, built around one purpose: turning waste into your most used bag.
In conversation with business mentor Deanne Luke, Olivia and Claudine will share the journey of creating Eau Bags from developing a product and visual identity, to working closely with artisans in India, building sustainability into the foundations, finding their customer and navigating the challenges and opportunities that come with an incredibly fast growing fashion brand.
