A FEAST YOU CAN’T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE

To delight festival attendees, for 2025, each restaurant will be creating a Night Feast exclusive dish a one time only experience you won’t find anywhere else.

Exclusive dishes include OTTO Brisbane’s deep fried lasagne bites, a Filipino classic, Lechon Baka by Hoy Pinoy and Lune’s limited-edition nighttime creation the Lamington Croissant Cube. These exclusive offerings are available only during Night Feast, once they’re gone, they’re gone. It’s a must do for food lovers and culture seekers alike.

Night Feast Food Curator, Lizzie Loel, says this year’s festival is all about elevating the experience.

“Night Feast showcases the very best from our culinary artists. Every menu has been designed with passion and precision, and these festival-exclusive dishes make this year’s edition truly unforgettable.”

ART THAT DEMANDS ATTENTION

Night Feast is a feast for all the senses, pairing extraordinary food with a vibrant program of free art and music. Running alongside the city-wide Melt Festival of Queer Arts and Culture (22 October – 09 November), Night Feast welcomes local and international artists to transform Brisbane Powerhouse and its surrounds.

Returning artist Leeroy New unveils his latest installation, Tubignon—a fantastical exploration of the spirits that dwell beneath the seas, following on from the success of last year’s Balangay Spaceport. As with all of New’s work, the piece will be constructed from locally sourced, recycled and repurposed materials.

Brisbane-based Micah Rustichelli presents Demon Rhythm, a large-scale exhibition taking over the Fairfax Studio. Featuring 1,000 images originally posted to Instagram, Rustichelli meticulously replicates and reimagines them to create a hypnotic visual rhythm.

Pushing the boundaries of performance art, acclaimed multidisciplinary artists Luke George and Daniel Kok present Still Lives: Brisbane —a striking performance-installation that uses rope to bind bodies and cultural objects within their environment.

From sunset until late, a side of the rhythmic pulse of QUIVR DJs will keep the energy high and the crowd moving all night long. And for those seeking a luxe moment, the American Express Garden Lounge is back—a lush escape for American Express Card Members to access, complete with an exclusive bar and unbeatable comfort away from the crowd.

Naysla Edwards, Vice President of Marketing and Member Experience at American Express says American Express is proud to join Brisbane Powerhouse for the third consecutive year to bring Night Feast to life in October.

“As presenting partner of Night Feast, we’re thrilled to be celebrating Brisbane’s extraordinary dining, arts and music culture at this incredibly unique event. We look forward to welcoming American Express Card Members and their guests to the American Express Garden Lounge to enjoy celebrating the festivities in style.”

Night Feast starts from 15 October to the 09 November and is produced by Brisbane Powerhouse through the support of Brisbane City Council, presented by American Express, and supported by Sapporo, Optus, Ovolo Hotels, B105 and The Weekend Edition.
