VISITOR EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Applicants are experienced Visitor Experience Managers who will lead the delivery of an exceptional end-to-end visitor experience across the Brisbane Powerhouse precinct. This senior operational role leads our front of house and visitor-facing teams, establishes and maintains service standards, and acts as the senior patron-facing authority when on duty.
Working across Ticketing, Precinct, Program and Events, Production and hospitality, the Visitor Experience Manager will bring teams together around a shared approach to visitor experience and ensure our people are informed, prepared and equipped to deliver welcoming, seamless and high-quality experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong afternoon, evening and weekend presence, alongside regular business-hours work for planning, collaboration and team development.
