Join Alice as she chases the white rabbit into Wonderland.
A fantastical adventure unfolds when she meets the March Hare and Cheshire Cat at the Mad Hatter’s tea party. The Queen of Hearts challenges her to a game of croquet with the fabulous dancing flamingos.
Designed by legendary artist Max Hurley, BCYB presents another magical theatre experience for young children.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Founded in 2004, Brisbane City Youth Ballet (BCYB) provides aspiring young dancers with performance opportunities and coaching up to a pre-professional level.
Performing twice a year to sold out audiences, each season sees story ballets come to life with astonishing sets and costumes in theatres such as Brisbane Powerhouse, Griffith University’s Conservatorium Theatre in South Bank, and the Home of the Arts on the Gold Coast.
The company is committed fostering the development of strong classical ballet technique with an emphasis on musicality and artistry. BCYB fosters the love of classical ballet through the thrill of live performance and nurtures friendships that last a lifetime.
