ABOUT THE ARTIST
R.A. Spratt is a best-selling author, television writer and podcast host. She is known for the ‘Friday Barnes’, ‘The Peski Kids’ and ‘Nanny Piggins’ series of books and her new YA novel ‘Hamlet is Not OK’. Her smash-hit podcast ‘Bedtime Stories with R.A. Spratt’ was launched in February 2020 and now has a huge following from around the world. Stories from the podcast have been collected in three spin-off books ‘Shockingly Good Stories’, ‘Astonishingly Good Stories’ and ‘Bedtime Stories with R.A. Spratt’.
R.A. Spratt has also written for dozens of different television shows, but we don’t hold that against her.
R.A. lives in Bowral. She has six goldfish, three chickens, one desperately needy dog, two daughters and a husband. Her hobbies are CrossFit, eating cheese and espaliering fruit trees.
