Actually, Good is a brilliant hour of hilarious original songs, killer stand-up, and a big book of things that are actually good. Gillian Cosgriff breaks the mould of what you think a comedy show is by asking a small question that encourages big answers. What do you like? The answers are simple and complex, hilarious and beautiful. Cloves. Fancy hotel foyers. Seeing a cow and yelling, “COW!”
This is a show about the little things that make the big hard things manageable, and pointing at the bits of the world that make you yell, “WOW! Isn’t this GREAT?!”

Gillian Cosgriff is a master multi-hyphenate – a comedian, musician, actor, writer, composer and award winner! In-between all those hyphen’s Gillian also starred in the worldclass stage show Harry Potter and the Cursed Child for an impressive three years.
2023 has been a stellar year for Gillian, her long awaited return to the Melbourne Comedy Festival saw her not only win the Golden Gibbo prize for best independent show, she also became the second artist in the history of the festival to double down on awards by winning the most coveted comedy trophy in Australia – the Most Outstanding Show Award.
