ABOUT THE SHOW

When Jim Rogers was just fifty-five years old, he received a devastating diagnosis of young-onset Alzheimer’s. Since then, he’s been on a mission to help others who are facing the uncertainty and fear of dementia: he’s co-host of the incredibly successful podcast Hold the Moment with journalist Hamish McDonald, and he’s connected with millions through his appearances on The Imperfects and ABC’s Australian Story.

Holding on to Happiness, co-written with Jim’s daughter Millie, is a moving and heartfelt memoir about an ordinary man’s extraordinary life. Join Jim and Millie as they share their family’s remarkable story and their commitment to finding meaning and happiness in life’s hardest moments.
