ABOUT THE SHOW

This performance sees one of Australia’s most successful and respected singer-songwriters, Lior, joined by a string quartet from Camerata – Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra, for an intimate concert drawing on songs from his extensive back catalogue.

A rare opportunity to experience Lior in a setting reminiscent of archetypal ‘salon’ concerts, this evening invites both audience and performer to share in the kind of connection only proximity can offer.

Lior burst onto the Australian music scene in 2005 with his stunning debut album Autumn Flow. Recorded and released entirely independently, and driven by singles including “This Old Love”, “Daniel” and “Autumn Flow”, the album became one of the most successful independent debuts in Australian history.

Renowned for his dynamic and deeply moving performances, Lior has earned a reputation as one of Australia’s finest live artists. He remains part of a rare group of musicians who have achieved both commercial success and critical acclaim, while maintaining a strong sense of independence and individuality in their work.

Don’t miss this chance to experience Lior in a one-off, intimate performance.

"There is something magical about hearing a voice as pure and expressive as Lior’s."
Madeline Roycroft – CutCommon
