ABOUT THE SHOW
It’s Agatha Christie, improvised! Following a sell-out season at the 2023 Brisbane Comedy Festival, the award-winning Murder Village: An Improvised Whodunnit returns for more hilarious mysteries.
Immerse yourself in the cosy world of a 1950s Agatha Christie novel as the country’s funniest improvisers craft eccentric characters and perplexing mysteries from your suggestions. Any of the village’s suspicious residents could be dispatched at any moment, and any of them could be the murderer. It’s your secret ballot votes that determine who lives, who dies, and who will be unmasked as the culprit.
In Murder Village, the local police inspector may be incompetent but thankfully shrewd mystery novelist Artemis Martin is on hand to sort the red herrings from the tell-tale clues. See if you can solve the crime before her… whether you see one show or all of them, no two chapters of this critically acclaimed show are the same!
There is a full lockout for this performance and latecomers will not be permitted.
Infants under the age of 2 not permitted.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Murder Village: An Improvised Whodunnit is an award-winning, comedic mystery created by skilled improvisers with years of training. Since 2016, Murder Village has enjoyed sellout shows in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, using audience suggestions to create a new Agatha Christie-style novel populated by vicars, retired generals, amateur dramatic society members and eccentric sleuths with a knack for solving murders.
