Brisbane Comedy Festival Opening Gala is back in 2026 and it’s hotter than a footpath in February.

It all kicks off at the vibrant Fortitude Music Hall, and it’s your annual reminder that wit beats wisdom every time. From comedy heavyweights to fresh new voices, this is the one night where Brisbane forgets its bedtime and laughs so hard the river might change direction.
