Sammy J’s career has had more eras than Taylor Swift. Comedian, author, composer, and broadcaster, he’s one half of the man/puppet comedy duo Sammy J & Randy, had a sitcom on Netflix, created satirical sketches for ABC TV and hosted the ABC Radio breakfast show for five years. His recent live tours include Good Hustle, The Kangaroo Effect, and Symphony in J Minor which was recorded for a Paramount+ special, while his ‘1990s’ song has had over 30 million views online. In 2025, he received rave reviews for Fiasco: A Burke & Wills Musical, and was given the “Living Legend” award at the Melbourne Fringe Festival for his contribution to the arts community.
