ABOUT THE SHOW

For three decades, copies of Stephanie Alexander’s indispensable Cook’s Companion haven’t just graced the shelves of Australian kitchens – they’ve been bookmarked, dogeared, sauce-stained, annotated, sticky-noted, and passed down to the next generation. Join Australia’s First Lady of Food as she discusses the thirtieth anniversary of this landmark volume and the incredible culinary career that’s immortalised in its pages.
