Andrew Denton is a writer, performer and television producer. He was formerly a celebrity, but is now in remission. He counts Rupert Murdoch, Paul Keating and Germaine Greer amongst his favourite detractors and is the founding director of Go Gentle Australia, a charity dedicated to offering Australians better end-of-life choices.
Julian Kingma is an award-winning photographer whose work is regularly exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery in Canberra. Many of his works feature in their permanent collection. His new book is The Power of Choice.
