ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Anita Heiss (Wiradyuri Nation) is an internationally published author of over 20 books. Her best-selling novel Tiddas was adapted for the stage and premiered at the Brisbane Festival in 2022. She is Professor of Communications at the University of Queensland and her latest novel is The Paradise Pact.
Rebecca Armitage is an author and journalist, who likes to write about royals. Her debut novel, The Heir Apparent, was an Australian bestseller and a Reese’s Book Club pick.
Victoria Hannan is a photographer and writer who lives in Melbourne/Naarm. She has written three books: Kokomo, Marshmallow and I Love The Whole World!
Rachel Fox McLeod is an award-winning fiction writer and screenwriter, her film and television credits including Wanted, Mako Mermaids and The Bachelor. Rachel was awarded the Josephine Ulrick Literature Prize and the Griffith Review Emerging Writers Prize. She likes tattoos, the F word and cheese.
Sally Wilson has worked in books and magazine publishing for more than 20 years as a writer, editor, publicist and marketer. She has worked for publishers and literary organisations such as UQP, Magabala Books, Black Inc, Monash University Publishing, Griffith Review and the Australian Book Industry Awards. She has a BA/LLB (Hons) from The University of Queensland, where she also completed her Master of Writing, Editing and Publishing.
