YOUR SHOW

• We recommend arriving a minimum 30 minutes prior to the start time of your show.
• Our Box Office will open 60 minutes prior to the show. Please ensure you have your tickets ready on your mobile device as you arrive for your show.
• Please check your ticket for the start time, theatre and door number of your show.
• Please check age restrictions, babes in arms policies and other warnings on the Brisbane Powerhouse website for your show/event prior to attending.
• Some shows will have lockouts. Please check the event page to check if your show has one.
• Unauthorised use of camera or recording equipment is not permitted.

• If you have misplaced your tickets please contact our Box Office team at [email protected] or 07 3358 8600 before contacting Ticketek.
• If you cannot attend an event you hold tickets for, you can re-sell these through Ticketek Marketplace. Ticketek Marketplace is an authorised re-seller and tickets sold or purchased through this site will be accepted at our venue.

We are now scanning tickets for events at Brisbane Powerhouse. Please have your mobile, email, or print-at-home ticket ready when entering the venue.

For easy entry please ensure the following;

• Make sure you have your ticket/s ready when you are entering the theatre 
• If you are attending as a group, make sure each person in your party has a valid ticket – the easiest way to do this is to share a ticket to your friends via the Ticketek App. If you do not have the Ticketek App, you can save your tickets to your Apple or Google wallet for quick entry
• If you have an email/PDF ticket you won’t need to print this out – simply have ready for display on your phone so our team can scan your barcode
• A screenshot works too! Simply screenshot the full ticket (including barcode) and send to your group (just be sure not to send the same ticket twice!)
• Turn your phone brightness up when presenting your ticket for scanning
• Phones in dark mode won’t be able to scan tickets – please ensure your phone is switched off dark mode when scanning

• We have six designated accessible parking spaces available for permit holders. A lift operates from the Stores Building (car park level) to the Powerhouse Plaza where the main entrance to the Brisbane Powerhouse is located.
• For patrons who require assistance travelling from our car park to our theatres, Brisbane Powerhouse can make arrangements to accommodate your needs with 24 hours advance notice. A wheelchair can also be made available on request whilst the patron is visiting Brisbane Powerhouse.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

• Using public transport is the best way to get to Brisbane Powerhouse.
• The New Farm Ferry Terminal and bus services 195, 196 and 199 are a short walk from Brisbane Powerhouse.

PICK-UP AND DROP OFF

• Our dedicated pick-up/drop-off area for taxi/rideshare and coaches is in New Farm Park, adjacent to Brisbane Powerhouse.

• There are 148 parking spaces (paid parking) and six accessible parking spaces for permit holders.
• The Brisbane Powerhouse car park operates 24/7 and you will be required to pay for parking if visiting for more than 30 minutes.
• Skip the queue – If you park after 5pm, you can pay a $14 flat rate at the auto pay station adjacent to the car park when you arrive. This means you can skip the queue for the paystation when you leave.
• Please note, there are two exits – one out to Brunswick Street and another out via Lamington Street.
• Car parking is also available in New Farm Park. Approximately 200 free spots. 
• Please be mindful of our neighbours. If you are driving, ensure you park in dedicated parking areas.

• There are two permanent restaurants on-site at Brisbane Powerhouse – Bar Alto and Mary Mae’s Bar + Kitchen. Please check the restaurants websites or social media accounts for opening times and bookings.
• If you wish to eat before the show, it’s recommended that you place your order no later than 60 minutes before the show start time, or make a booking at least 2 hours before your show.
